Mediation Yorkshire is a charitable not for profit voluntary sector organisation, working to resolve conflict across the region. We work with neighbours, communities, workplaces, young people, families and schools; providing our clients with the tools to resolve conflict in a peaceful and constructive manner.

The core of our work is made up of neighbour disputes; our experienced team are also able to offer workplace mediation services to private, public and third sector organisations at competitive prices. The organisation is also highly experienced in setting up and running peer mediation projects with young people and delivering a broad range of training courses.

Why Use Mediation To Resolve A Dispute?

Aside from the four reasons above mediation is free for many people. It is a common sense approach, the people involved in the dispute come up with practical and workable solutions to the problem. It is also usually much quicker and more cost effective than going to court.
